U.S. Orders

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $60 ship free within the U.S.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $60 ship for a flat fee of $7.
  • Processing Time: Most orders process within 1–5 business days.
    * Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays or order volume.

International Orders

  • Rates: International shipping typically starts around $13 and increases based on weight and destination.

  • Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

Important Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the shipping information. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address.

We do our best to wrap every item securely and with care using protective materials like bubble wrap. However, once your package leaves our hands, we are not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Dissatisfaction with the natural appearance of crystals

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’re happy to provide any supporting information needed for you to file a claim with the carrier. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to initiate and complete that process.
