U.S. Orders
Free Shipping: Orders of $111 or more qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing and delivery times may vary due to order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of my control.
🌎 International Orders
International shipping is not currently available through website checkout.
If you find something you absolutely love, feel free to message me! I’m happy to look into available shipping options and see if there’s a reasonable, cost-effective way to get your order to you.
If international shipping is arranged, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country.
📦 Important Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed, I cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed before your package is processed.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may require additional shipping charges if the package is returned and needs to be shipped again.
Every order is packed securely and with care using protective materials appropriate for the items being shipped.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is ultimately handled by the shipping provider. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me so I can provide any available information or documentation needed to assist with a carrier claim.
Please note that crystals are natural products and may contain variations in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, small pits, or other naturally occurring characteristics. These are not considered damage or defects unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with a crystal’s natural characteristics.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item arriving damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the situation.
