I'll safely hold your paid crystals until you're ready to bring them home. Here's how it works!

♡ How Does an Open Box Work?

Think of it as your own little crystal collection waiting to come home!

Shop & save: Combine purchases from multiple sales or website visits.
Pay as you go: All invoices are still due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice link.
Ship together: Request shipping whenever you're ready or when your seven-week window ends.

Important: An Open Box is not an open invoice. Your crystals must be paid for even while they're being held.

♡ How Long Can I Keep My Box Open?

You have up to 7 weeks, starting from your first paid invoice, to keep adding goodies to your box.

When your seven weeks are up:

$111 or more: You've earned free shipping! 🎉 Your box will automatically enter the shipping queue.
Under $111: I'll send you an invoice for shipping based on package weight and delivery location. Your crystals will be held until shipping is paid.

Reached $111 early? No rush! Your box stays open until you request shipping or the seven weeks are up.

♡ How to Start or Add to Your Box

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Shop: Add your favorite crystals to your cart.

2. Enter code OPENBOX: This removes the shipping charge so your order can be held instead of shipped immediately.

3. Add your username: If you're combining purchases from different platforms, include your social media handle in the order notes so I can match everything correctly.

Already have an Open Box? Keep using OPENBOX at checkout and write:

"Adding to existing Open Box (@username)."

If you use multiple accounts or usernames, include those details in your order notes or contact me so nothing gets mixed up!

You can close your Open Box anytime before the seven weeks are up!

If your box totals $111 or more: Shipping is FREE! 🎉

If your box is under $111: I'll send you a shipping invoice, unless you've already paid for shipping. Once any outstanding shipping balance is paid, your box will enter the shipping queue.

All sales are final, including items held in an Open Box. Refunds aren't available for a change of mind or a decision not to ship paid items.
