Because crystals are natural treasures, small imperfections or variations may be present—these unique qualities are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item, and to bubble-wrap and protect each order before shipping.
Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items—especially if an incorrect shipping address was provided. All orders include tracking, and USPS shipments automatically come with $100 of shipping insurance. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged, we’ll gladly provide the details you need to file a claim, though filing the claim is the buyer’s responsibility.
