Here's everything you need to know to shop with confidence.
♡ Where to Find Me Live
Most of our live sales happen on PalmStreet, but you may also catch me on WhatNot, TikTok, or Instagram!

A little heads-up: PalmStreet and WhatNot have their own shopping and checkout systems, so claiming and payment work differently on those platforms.
♡ When Do We Go Live?
Between running Our Crystal Corner and working my day job, I don't have a fixed live sale schedule.
But don't worry! You can bookmark upcoming shows on PalmStreet or WhatNot and follow my Instagram Stories for announcements, countdowns, and updates.

♡ How to Claim Your Crystals
These instructions apply to our TikTok and Instagram live sales.
1. Join the fun!
Visit our profile when we're live. Look for the LIVE indicator around our profile picture.
2. Find something you love!
I'll present crystals from left to right. Want to see something specific? Just ask, and I'll add it to the request queue!
3. Claim your favorite!
Each crystal has a number and letter. The number is its price in USD, and the letter identifies the item.
For example, 27B means the crystal costs $27.
To claim it, comment c 27B or cl 27B.
4. First claim gets it!
The crystal goes to the first valid claim that appears on my screen. Live stream lag may cause your screen to show a different order.
5. Secure your claims!
A weekly, non-refundable retainer is required to participate in claiming.
All claims are final. No swaps or put-backs.
♡ Invoices & Payments
After the live sale, I'll organize your claims and create your custom listing.
Your invoice will be posted by the end of the following day after the sale.
Here's what to remember:

Find your invoice: Visit Live Sale Listings or search your username on our website.

Payment deadline: Within 48 hours of receiving your invoice link.

Keep shopping: You can add other website items to your cart before checking out so everything ships together.

Processing: Paid orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Important: Unpaid invoices will be canceled, and customers may be blocked from claiming in future live sales.
♡ Not Ready to Ship? Open a Box!
Want to keep shopping or work toward free shipping?
Our Open Box option lets you combine paid purchases from multiple sales into one shipment!
It's a great way to save on shipping and work toward our $111 free-shipping threshold.
Remember: Your invoice is still due within 48 hours, even when you're keeping your box open.

U.S. Shipping: Calculated by package weight and delivery location.
Free Shipping: Orders of $111 or more.
Processing Time: 1–5 business days, depending on order volume.
