With the holidays coming up, my live sale schedule may be a little more spontaneous than usual. Along with running Our Crystal Corner, I also have a day job ā€” so thank you for your patience as we move through the season as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

And a tiny confession: winter is my favorite season, so Iā€™ll be out of the office a bit more enjoying the cold, the sparkle, and probably way too much hot chocolate. This wonā€™t affect processing times at all, but it may change how often Iā€™m live.

šŸ›ļø How to Shop Our Live Sales

TikTok & Instagram:

  1. Visit our profile on either platform.

  2. When we're live, youā€™ll see a red circle and the word LIVE around our profile picture.

  3. We present items left to right during the sale. You can also request to see a specific item, and weā€™ll add it to the request queue.

  4. Each item will have a number and a letter ā€” the number represents the price in USD ($).

    • Example: 27B

  5. To claim an item, comment "c" or "cl" plus the number and letter together in the chat.

    • Example: c 27B or cl 27b

  6. Items are awarded to the first comment that appears on my screen (not yours, due to possible lag).

  7. Click here to pay your weekly retainer fee. Which is required to continue claiming.

  8. All claims are final ā€” no swaps or put-backs.

  9. After the sale, your claimed items are added to our invoice queue.

šŸ§¾ Invoices & Listings

  • Invoices are posted by Saturday at 12:00 p.m. ET

  • Payment is due by Monday at 12:00 p.m. ET

  • You can find and pay for your custom invoice HERE or use the siteā€™s search bar

  • Feel free to add website items to your cart ā€” theyā€™ll be combined with your live sale order

  • Once paid, your order will be processed within 1ā€“5 days (excluding Sundays & holidays)

  • Unpaid invoices will be canceled, and you may be blocked from future live events

Our Open Box option is ideal if youā€™d like to:

  • Save on shipping

  • Reach the $60 free shipping threshold

  • Continue shopping over multiple sales

Invoices are still due by Monday at 12:00 p.m. ET, but with an Open Box, your items will be held until you're ready to ship.
