Can I request more photos or videos before purchasing?

Absolutely! I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Feel free to request additional images or videos of any item—no pressure to buy afterward.

Cleansing Process

I smoke-cleanse my inventory weekly and again during the packing process. After your order is packed, I also give the crystals a sound bath before bringing the package to the postal service.

This ensures you receive a cleansed, energetically refreshed crystal—ready to work with.

How are items measured?

Items are measured using a digital caliper, a 12" ruler, a yardstick, a bracelet mandrel, or a ring mandrel.

Please allow for minor variations of a few millimeters. Props, measuring tools, and display stands are for presentation purposes only and are not included unless clearly stated.

How are items photographed?

All photos and videos are taken in a controlled studio setting under 5600K white lighting. I never edit or alter images.

Please note that colors and clarity may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural differences.

Imperfect Crystals

All stones and crystals are one-of-a-kind, natural treasures. Minor imperfections—such as surface scratches, small chips, or uneven bases—may be present.

I do my best to disclose significant flaws in the description, title, or photos. If you notice something not mentioned, please reach out—I’ll happily double-check the piece and provide more details.

I also perform a quality check while packing. If a significant imperfection appears after your purchase but before shipping, I will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to keep the piece.

Note: While I take great care in packaging, I am not liable for any damage that may occur during transit or after delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, I ship only within the USA and Canada. Other areas may become available in the future. If you’re outside this area, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist further.

Issue With My Order

If you encounter any issues, please reach out right away—I’ll do my best to resolve them the same day.

Whether you’re drawn to a crystal for its metaphysical properties, the energy you feel, or simply its beauty—every reason is valid. The properties I provide come from books, trusted sources, and community wisdom.

They are not guaranteed and should never replace professional medical advice or treatment.

Each person’s journey with crystals is unique. I encourage you to trust your intuition, do your own research, and explore what each stone means to you.

Important: Use caution when making crystal elixirs or placing stones in water. Some minerals may dissolve, become damaged, or even release toxins when exposed to moisture.

Packaging Materials

Orders are shipped in padded mailers whenever possible to keep shipping costs low and offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $35. Each item is carefully wrapped for safe delivery.

I aim to stay eco-friendly by reusing clean materials when possible and continuing to source biodegradable and sustainable options.

Currently, I use biodegradable packing peanuts, tissue paper, bubble wrap, boxes, and padded mailers.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide replacements for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages. USPS includes $100 of shipping insurance.

For orders over $100, I recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance. This will allow you to file a claim for the full order value directly with the carrier.

Shipping Process

As a one-person shop, I strive to cleanse, pack, and ship orders within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends usually ship the following Monday.

Note: Orders typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding U.S. holidays). Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during major holidays.

Wrong Shipping Address

If your package hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll be happy to update the address. Once shipped, you’ll need to contact your local postal service for assistance.

If the package is returned to me, you may choose to pay for re-shipping or request a refund. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
