🧼 How are the crystals cleansed before shipping?

       When I receive water-safe crystals, I bathe them in fresh water, gently brush them with a soft toothbrush, or wipe them with a microfiber cloth.
I smoke-cleanse my inventory weekly and again during the packing process. After your order is packed, I give the crystals a sound bath before bringing the package to the postal service. This ensures you receive a cleansed, energetically refreshed crystal—ready to work with.


🔍 What if my crystal has imperfections?

        All stones and crystals are one-of-a-kind, natural treasures. Minor imperfections—such as surface scratches, small chips, or uneven bases may be present.

I do my best to disclose any significant flaws in the description, title, or clearly within the listing photos. However, as with all handmade or natural items, some subtle imperfections might be unintentionally overlooked.

If you notice anything in the photos that I haven’t mentioned, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to double-check the piece and provide additional details upon request.

Note: While I take great care in packaging your order, I am not liable for any damage that may occur in transit or after delivery.


🏠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

       If you notice the error quickly, please contact me immediately. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll gladly update the address.
If the package has already shipped, you’ll need to reach out to your local postal service for help.
If the package is returned to me, you may choose to pay for re-shipping or request a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
To avoid any delays, please double-check your address before completing your order.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

       We are currently only shipping to USA and Canada. Other areas may become available in the future. Please contact us if you are outside of my shipping area and I can further assist you.


💌 What if there’s an issue with my order?

       If you run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll do my best to resolve them the same day.
If your experience is anything less than five stars, I’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right. I will do my best to make sure you have a great experience.


🔮 What should I know about metaphysical properties?

       Whether you’re drawn to a crystal for its metaphysical properties, the connection you feel, or simply because it’s beautiful—that choice is entirely yours, and every reason is valid.

The metaphysical properties can be gathered from books, trusted online sources, and community wisdom. However, these properties are not guaranteed and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Every person’s journey with crystals is unique. I encourage you to trust your intuition, do your own research, and explore what each stone means to you.

Please use caution when making crystal elixirs or placing stones in water. Some minerals can be damaged, dissolve, or even become toxic when exposed to moisture.


📸 Can I request more photos or videos before purchasing?

       Absolutely! I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Feel free to request additional images or videos of any item—no pressure to buy afterward.


🔁 What is your return/refund policy?

       All sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds or replacements for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, which gives you the ability to file a claim with the carrier for potential reimbursement.


📦 What is your shipping process like?

       As a one-person shop, I strive to cleanse, pack, and ship your orders within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends typically ship the following Monday.

Note: Orders are typically shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays – excluding U.S. holidays. Please allow extra time during major holiday for processing and delivery.


✉️ What packaging materials do you use?

       Orders are shipped in padded mailers whenever possible to keep shipping costs low and offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $35.
Each item is wrapped with care for safe delivery. I aim to keep packaging eco-friendly by reusing clean materials when possible. As material runs out, we will continue to find eco-friendly products when possible.


📏 How are items measured?

       Items are measured using a digital caliper, a 12" ruler, a yardstick, a bracelet mandrel, or a ring mandrel. Please allow for minor variations of a few millimeters. Please note that any props, measuring tools, or display stands are for presentation purposes only and are not included unless clearly stated.


💡How are items photographed?

       All photos and videos are taken in a controlled studio setting under 5600K white lighting. I never edit or alter images in any way. Please note that colors and clarity may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural variation.
